I Am So Lucky

When I trip over life
And I fall to the floor
Buried in my own strife

Your hands offer me more
Than deserved at the time
More than I can ignore

You assist me to climb
This mountain I have built
Marital paradigm

You correct my wrong tilt
Support the steps I take
And you lay me no guilt

For a mistake I make
Always love me through all
Give comfort to my ache

Helping me to stand tall
I am proudly your wife
Our back against the wall
We’re blessed to share our life
