The Uproar

Off the backs of others
You earn
You burn
You learn
Miffed at being foiled,
If you didn’t do the work,
The unappreciative
The scalding
The haters
No thought but the dollar
No ethics but the end goal
The shape
The drape
The words
Stolen art, stolen hours,
thief deceives buyers
in the working world.
Angry cacophony
And their defendants.
It’s all an artificial blur.
