Can I Love You Enough

I can’t protect you from the ones who should love you
I can’t explain how they can be so cold
I can only love you as hard as I can
I can be there for you when you’re hurting
And I will be, as long as the world lets me
Your forever support and cheerleader
Even at your worst, I may stutter a bit
Trying desperately to understand
But I will always love you
And I will try to love you enough
For those that should too
