Like a diver trapped under water
Confused of the bubble direction
Unconvinced by the truth of its rise or fall
When life has tossed and turned you so
That up is down and down is up
And you no longer know which way to go
Terror bares its sharpened claws
To hold you in its eternal grip
Along with the rest of the world
That you should struggle and fight
Not to join in this mass hysteria
Easier said than done when the news encourages
A feeling of impending half apocalypse
I encourage and beg of you to hold on tighter
To your hope and eternal optimism
Faith and true belief
That the Universe will bring you out
Of the shadows and the darkness
That are currently cast
But remember not a permanent fixture
So just look through them and see
Your way past this situation
And the message inside the shade
