Knuckles of snow white
In the storms of our lives
No vision through the fog
Buried under the snow
Without any idea
How to dig ourselves out
Do we struggle and fight
Shake fists at black clouds
Or bury our heads in ice
And wail tears of cold
No longer looking at all
For the smallest sliver
Of radiant white light
That little bit of hope
That might still be there
Behind all the smog
Of anxiety and doubt
Of our Universal tests
Blown away by faith
Trusting in the Universe
The perfect design
For our greatest good

This phrasing is beautiful.
No longer looking at all
For the smallest sliver
Of radiant white light
That little bit of hope
