Fresh Start

Vanished moons delight
New birth arise
Out of this darkness
From the shadows of history
Left behind to gather dust
In distant memory banks
Released from bondage
By the will of freedom
With the assignment of life
A buoyant fresh lease
In the growing of her lunar light
Path forged bright
With distant possibility
But the eyes on this step
