Intentions Of a New Moon

Auspicious moon of little colour
In my sky tonight
Preparing for new beginnings
The mask of darkness
Falling in the coming days
As her light returns
With considered steps
Towards a brighter future
With the energy and power
Of the full golden orb
To recharge my cells
I move forward and make plans
For what I wish
Has now begun
