In the body
The mind
And the soul
For they are one
A bud to blossom
With nourishment
To grow plentiful
Recall our knowledge
And thrive
One with the other
Makes our vessel
And from it
We exude our energy
Paint the world
With our aura
Leave footprints
On Mother Earth
For the future
