Scattered with rose petals
Sweet aroma of honeysuckle
Lining the edges of our way
What we seek in the path ahead
No more split of direction
Difficult choices or conundrum
To decide has become
A painfully arduous task
Looking for the easy terrain
Even for just a little while
Plates overflowing
We wish to take on no more
Space for a breath
