Life is an experiment
To figure out what works
Perfect for you
Is different for me
Your black could be my white
And your white my black
Let us not forget
The grey in between
But you are not wrong
And neither am I
Remember when I answer
Give my opinion you asked for
It is tainted with my vision
Colour blind or vivid
I’ll include my fears and doubts
Completely unconsciously
Because I’ll just tell you how I see it
And that is where the difference is
My past, my present and my dreams
All add a hue to my picture on life
Remember this when you ask
My reply neither wrong nor right
Just mine

I so love this one Debbie…..”Give my opinion you asked for
It is tainted with my vision” my vision is full of the colour of your verse 🙂

Thanks so much. I really appreciate this feedback as I’ve been doubting my writing lately, so to hear that someone likes it helps me to carry on fighting the self-doubt.
Have an amazing day and keep safe.
