Gentle With Yourself

Hey guys,

How are you doing?

I hope that you’re keeping safe and being gentle with yourselves. If you’re alone and need some human contact, reach out. And if you know someone who is on their own at this time, send a hello. A simple act that makes a huge difference to people who might be wondering if anyone cares. Let us look after each other as well as ourselves.

For the empaths among us, take special care with the energies that are around. Remember to ground with bare feet and protect yourselves. Rest when you need to.

I am blessed to be with my family and have much gratitude. Sending love and light to you all.

Take me in your arms
This child of yourself
Wrap me warm
From fear and anxiety
The scared face of a mortal
Hidden behind the brave cape of a fighter
Give no amount of judgement
Nor any breath of criticism
To these human conditions
That may freeze you in mid-step
For the mind may wonder
Through the countless branches
Of terrifying what ifs…
Comfort it and treat it with great care
Like a cherished loved one in need of TLC
For now is the time to look after you
And me
