The sun flaunts its heat in bright rays
The wind only whispers her presence
Tickling the greenery into a gentle sway
Against the clear blue vastness of the sky
The bite of winter beginning a mild nibble
Crisp breathable air filling my nostrils
Bird song and breeze tapping my eardrum
Eyes floating in the magnificence of the day
Heart bathing in the warm glow of gratitude
