Anxiety

My heart beats faster
I search for distractions
To make an appointment
To query something
An unnatural discomfort
Of asking a stranger
Yet talking to one in a line
Doesn’t cause any stress
What has me procrastinating
When needing an answer?
A name for this fear I have not
In younger times understandable
As an adult simply annoying
