Last night I talked to the moon
I gave her all that I wished to release
That which no longer serves me
As she begins to wane she takes with her
Self-doubt
Self-sabotage
Procrastination
And many more limiting practices
That I had labelled as my own
But to do so declares ownership
I do not wish to own any of these things
So I gave them to the beautiful glowing moon
To transmute to better positive attributes
She smiled down at me with open arms
Bathed in the light of her tender love
I rose, lighter, energized and hopeful
Last night I talked to the moon
