Of power and self-confidence
Solar plexus glowing bright yellow
Manipura the city of jewels
Holding energy in this third
Sliced by the sword
Of self-judgement and criticism
The centre of instinct
Of the digestive fire within
Open
Open
Open
Strength to move forward
Head held high in self belief.
