I Decide

Beyond my reach
Out of my control
Decisions of the Universe
Actions for you to take
I only have myself
Whom I can steer and navigate
I’ve moped and cried
On things you’ve done
And worldly happenings
But now I know this is for naught
For only I get to decide
My reactions to the drama
And the impact it will be.
